My mother and I were standing with my grandmother one late summer morning at the top of her driveway. We were trying to convince my grandmother to evacuate with us from our small riverfront city in the coastal south eastern United States. My mother and I had been watching the news, as well as tuning into prophetic messages from a network of believers on social media. The message confirmed through the prophetic network was that judgment was coming to America in the form of a massive tidal wave that was going to wipe out the entire East Coast, generated by a massive earthquake in the floor of the Atlantic Ocean and in other areas.

However, the secular local and national news outlets were announcing it as minor tremors off the coast creating some rough waves and possible flooding of coastal towns. This was being reported in the way that they track a hurricane, unsure of what the impact will be and advising people to make provisions and evacuate coastal towns. But there was NO URGENCY. They either downplayed or were ignorant about the true catastrophic and apocalyptic nature of what was about to happen. Therefore, my grandmother was not aware of the full impact of what was coming upon us. I had also been calling and texting friends and family in NC, VA, NY, NJ to warn them about the true nature of what was coming, and urged them to evacuate. But they brushed it off and told me I was worrying about nothing. My grandmother delayed, but we finally got her to pack up and come with us to get on one of the buses out of here.

Different organizations organized evacuation shuttles from our city and other East Coast areas. They were picking up evacuees at our downtown riverfront. While we were waiting for our bus, my grandmother started fretting and wondering if she left a light on in her house. As our bus was approaching, she said she wanted to go back and check. We were trying to explain to her that it didn't matter if a light was left on in her house because there wasn't going to be a house left and that we weren't coming back because of judgment coming to the land. She finally understood and the 3 of us boarded the bus.

The dream fast forwarded to the bus we were on speeding up a mountain on a narrow dirt hiking road, zigzagging back and forth between tall pine trees, outrunning the calamity by a handful of miles. Everything was a blur. We finally got off the bus in the aftermath of the earthquake & tsunami. We were in a more central area of what used to be the United States. State lines no longer existed. Apparently, our federal and some state governments were blind-sided by what really happened, because the entire national government was swept away. There was a massive loss of life. I remember standing with my mother, grandmother, and some faith-based friends on a miry piece of land in the foothills of a more central state, but we were overlooking the Atlantic ocean, which was calm and sparkling at this point. As I was looking at the ocean, a developer was talking to us about the new condos being built for us and other evacuees. We were starting a new life. Then suddenly, I began to grieve as it hit me that the beautiful ocean I was looking at covered all the land east and directly south of former Tennessee, and that there was no sign of the civilizations of the east coast from NYC to DC to Richmond to Charlotte to Atlanta, to Miami, and to Houston. They were all lost like "Atlantis" and I had no idea who, if any, of my friends and family near those places heeded the warning to escape.
